E' possibile sottomettere tramite la coda prevista appositamente chiamata:

"theonuc"
Essendo questa coda configurata per ottimizzare la gestione della RAM dei nodi di calcolo, richiede obbligatoriamente che in fase di sottomissione del job si specifichi la quantità di memoria di cui si avrà bisogno, in caso contrario il job non andrà mai in esecuzione. È possibile farsi spedire un e-mail al termine del job specificando l'indirizzo a cui lo si vuole ricevere. Un esempio del comando di sottomissione è il seguente:

bsub -R "rusage[mem=X]" -q theonuc -u indirizzo e-mail comando

dove X è la quantità di memoria richiesta dal job espressa in MB. Per avere la lista dei propri job in coda il comando è bjobs. Per ulteriori informazioni circa i comandi del sistema di batch si consiglia di consultare la documentazione disponibile in linea (man bsub ecc….)

Sono disponibili i compilatori C e Fortran di Intel e relative librerie (versione 12.0.3) per poterli utilizzare è necessario definire le opportune variabili di ambiente tramite il comando:

source /opt/intel/bin/compilervars.[c]sh intel64/ia32

secondo che si stia usando sh/bash oppure csh/tcsh e che si voglia l'ambiente a 64bit o 32bit.

Is possible to submit on the specific queues:

"theonuc"
Because this queue is configured to optimize the management of the RAM of the compute nodes, during the submission of the job the user must specify the amount of memory you need, otherwise the job will never go running. The user can receive an e-mail at the end of the job specifying the address to which he want to receive it. An example of the command of submission is the following:

bsub -R "rusage[mem=X]" -q theonuc -u e-mail addres command

X is the amount of memory required by the job in MB. To get the list of owns jobs in the queue, the command is bjobs. For more information about the commands in the system, is necessary consult the documentation available online (man bsub etc…)

Fortrand and C Intel compilers with relative libraries(version 12.0.3) are available. To use them user need to define the appropriate environment variables using the command:

source /opt/intel/bin/compilervars.[c]sh intel64/ia32

Depending on the use of sh / bash or csh / tcsh and that you want the environment to 64bit or 32bit.
