1) scan pedestals as a function of gain and shutter. Time base set to 20mus

2) align magnet with flange

3) correlate time stamps : spectr=19:10:30 –> monitoring=18:10:20

4) estimate rough calibration constants @ gain =900, shutter= 4 (x20mus) {1,1.4,0.7,1.3,0.5}

With B=0 nice collimated beam!

TODO:

A) redo ROI for camera 1,2
B) GUI:
    - debug spectrum plot
    - add possibility to subtract flat component 
    - correct for dead fibers
    - rebin (4 or 8)
C) estimate effect of lanex by removing it
D) screen spectrometer from direct laser
E) intercalibrate cameras offline (with electroluminescence)
F) integrate instructions for the camera readout into the manual

New ROI file done (files calib2012Oct12). Run 101 pedestal run Run 102 and run 103 (skip first 100/200 events) runs done moving a lamp over the fibres to check mapping and intercalibration (0.8, 1.5, 1, 1.3, 1)

TO DO: redo wrapping of fibres especially those corresponding to maroc 0 and 4!
