You can access the dedicated web service
using your old smartphone to generate the OTP before you dispose of it completely, and obtain a new token to be registered in the new device

using SPiD or CIE credentials (available also for non italian citizens, under some restrictions, so it is possible you have it also if you are not italian)

You can open a support ticket sending an e-mail from any of your e-mail address registered into INFN-AAI, to
aai-support@infn.it
Yow will receive a one-time token that you will use to access the web service
and obtain a new token.
