+Ghibli è un cluster di calcolo costituito da 128 macchine ciascuna con 8 Gb di ram e 2 processori (ciascuno da 4 core); conta quindi 1024 core di calcolo [[http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K10/AMD-Opteron%206164%20HE%20-%20OS6164VATCEGO.html|AMD Opteron 8356 (1,7GHz)]] e collegamento Infiniband DDR gestiti da uno switch [[http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6988/index.html|Cisco SFS7024]] a 144 porte.
