====== Reset Token ======
In caso di smarrimento del token relativo al secondo fattore INFN è possibile seguire una delle seguenti procedure:
  - procedere in autonomia 
  - procedere con una richiesta al supporto di AAI

Collegarsi a: https://mfa.app.infn.it/ \\
autenticarsi con SPID o CIE (solo con questo tipo di autenticazione non verrà richiesto l'OTP) \\
richiedere e verificare un nuovo token

===== Richiesta di supporto ad AAI =====
Inviare un mail a: aai-support@infn.it

Quando il vostro ticket verrà preseo in carico riceverete un codice temporaneo che vi permetterà di accedere a:  \\
https://mfa.app.infn.it/ \\
per richiedere e verificare un nuovo token

**ATTENZIONE** l'indirizzo dal quale può essere inviato un mail ad AAI deve essere presente nell'anagrafica INFN
